@SuperHeroAnimals thanks for the suggestion. Unicorns will look into the book. The local crisis line here functions similarly. Unicorns asked them to talk it down. Unicorns had another fit later and actually did themself worse.... but then had a conversation about the triggers with the person that triggered and clarified some things. Will need to rest a few days and take antiinflammatories. And rethink things.
